Personal data processing

We save the following data in order to handle your order: name, address, e-mail, possibly phone number. and order.

If you want your data deleted, write to info@bastantdesign.dk . We will endeavor to delete data within a week (deletion of data on backups may take longer).

Data is stored (if there has been no request for deletion) as long as the webshop exists. This ensures easier handling of returns and any complaints. Upon termination of the webshop, all data will be deleted.

Data is shared with third parties in connection with shipping - no one else. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered at bastdesign.dk.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to bastdesign.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with bastdesign.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to bastantdesign.dk via e-mail info@bastantdesign.dk .
