Delivery and shipping

We deliver your order with DAO to the nearest parcel shop. Delivery costs DKK 49 and the delivery time is 2-6 working days, plus 1-4 possible production days if our product is not in stock. You will of course receive a notification about your order when you have ordered the item, and again when we send your item off.

We are working on expanding with more shipping solutions, but hope for your understanding in the meantime.

Responsible packaging with the environment in mind

Your item is delivered in as environmentally friendly packaging as possible. However, this means that we may also have to use e.g. film or bubble wrap, as brass is incredibly sensitive to bumps and not least cardboard, which can scratch the raw brass. It is our most important task to deliver your package in safe condition. In return, we can easily find a way to send your item in packaging that has been previously used, so that we recycle and minimize waste as much as possible.
